Are you living with diabetes or pre-diabetes, or caring for someone who is? If you're of Black Caribbean or African descent and live in North Manchester, this is an excellent opportunity to connect with others who share similar experiences and gain support.
The Diabetes Peer-to-Peer Support Group offers a welcoming environment where you can:
- Connect with individuals facing similar challenges
- Speak with dieticians and diabetes specialists
- Learn about managing diabetes through healthy eating and physical activity
- Gain better control of your symptoms
